Notification:
‘Part A: General Information on the Higher Education Provider’ has been excluded from both MQA-01-ODL 2019 Form (Provisional Accreditation) and MQA-02-ODL 2019 Form (Full Accreditation). HEPs will have to complete and upload Part A through e-Semakan Program (eSP) portal. During submission, HEPs will only need to submit ‘Part B: Programme Description’ and ‘Part C: Programme Standards’. 1. Verification of formula and insertion of additional 10 rows in INDEX worksheet.
2. Insertion of additional five rows for "course content outline and subtopics" in Item 10 (FORM worksheet).
3. Drop-down menu for CLO selection in Item 10 is removed (FORM worksheet).

For accreditation application submission in July and August 2020, HEPs may still use Evaluation Instrument of COPPA 2nd Edition (2017). Beginning September 2020, HEPs are required to use this new Evaluation Instrument of COPPA: ODL 2019.
