MQA discovered that certain parties have published printed and electronic materials using the MQA name and logo without the written permission of MQA. The parties claimed that their actions were aimed at facilitating the search for MQA accredited programs.

In view of that, MQA denied any connection with the publication and reminded the public not to be confused. MQA shall not be liable for any loss of any party dealing with such publication. MQA also advises parties who wish to publish printed or electronic materials in which there is a use of MQA's name and logo to submit a written request to MQA.
