SUBMISSION OF ACCREDITATION APPLICATION FOR COPPA 2nd EDITION (2017)

To facilitate the use of the revised COPPA for programme submissions, effective 1st April 2018, the following documents are available for reference and download.

5. Part A MQA-01/02 2017 Form (Provisional and Full Accreditation) - New

Notification:
‘Part A: General Information on the Higher Education Provider’ has been excluded from both MQA-01 2017 Form (Provisional Accreditation) and MQA-02 2017 Form (Full Accreditation). HEPs will have to complete and upload Part A through e-Semakan Program (eSP) portal. During submission, HEPs will only need to submit ‘Part B: Programme Description’ and ‘Part C: Programme Standards’. For more information, kindly refer Surat Pekeliling MQA Bil. 9/2019 dated 26th December 2019. For further enquiries, please contact the Standards Division of MQA.
6. Part B & C MQA-01 2017 Form (Provisional Accreditation) - New

11. MQA Circular - Pekeliling MQA Bil. 5 2017 COPPA Ed 2

NOTIFICATION: HEP is encouraged to use CD-RW (Compact Disc-ReWritable) type of CD for submission of accreditation application. This is to allow immediate action by HEP should amendments are required during submission at MQA premise.

Documents submitted using normal CD are restricted for editorial which may lead to rejection of submission after document checking is performed at MQA reception counter.
