The Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) has issued the MQA Circular No. 2/2012 to inform the effective date of the Code of Practices for ODL for new program applications as well as programs that in the accreditation process and has been accredited. This Code of Practices for ODL is a supporting document for Code of Practice for Programme Accreditation (COPPA), Code of Practice For Institutional Audit (COPIA) and also subject to the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF).

With the enforcement of this circular, thus the MQA Circular No. 1/2012 is invalid.
