On Jun 11, 2012, the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) had the pleasure to welcome a delegation of two officials from the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation for Education and Training Institutes (NCQAAETI), Libya and five officials from Lincoln University College. The delegation from NCQAAETI was led by Prof. Mohammed Elkabir.

During the visit, both parties discussed on the latest development in higher education of both countries, particularly in the context of quality assurance. The NCQAAETI also expressed their interest to formalize their relationship with MQA by signing a Memorandum of Understanding.

The visit ended with both parties looking forward to further collaborate in areas of mutual interest.
