A Memorandum of Arrangement (MoA) has been duly signed on February 20, 2012 between the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) at the Manila Hotel, Philippine.

The MoA was signed by Dato' Dr. Syed Ahmad Hussein, Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of MQA and Dr. Serafin L. Ngohayon, President and Chairman of the AACCUP Board, on behalf of AACCUP. The signing was witnessed by Mr. Najmi Mohd Noor, the Director of Institutional Audit of MQA and members of the AACCUP Board.

The aims of the MoA is to further the existing cooperation between the both agencies through, amongst others, exchange of information, exchange of experts and specialists, capacity building of staff, joint research of mutual benefit and collaboration in any other field of quality assurance to be mutually agreed upon by both agencies.
