The Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) has circulated the MQA Circular No. 3/2012 to inform the effective date for programmes standard below:

• Programme Standard: Medical Sciences and Health
• Programme Standard: Art and Design
• Programme Standard: Muamalat and Islamic Finance
• Programme Standard: Hospitality and Tourism
• Programme Standard: Creative Multimedia

Programmes standard listed above are formulated as minimum requirement guidelines for Higher Education Provider (HEP) in developing the curriculum of the programme in order to fulfill the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF) requirements.
