In order to verify the status of accredited qualifications,
the higher education institutions are advised to inform
their graduates to refer to the
Malaysian Qualifications Register.

VISIT BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION EVALUATION CENTER, CHINA
On 25 January 2010, the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
had the pleasure to welcome a delegation of six officials from
the Higher Education Evaluation Center (HEEC), China. The
delegation, led by Mr. Li Zhihong, Deputy Director of HEEC,
includes Mr. Zhu Hongtao, Division Chief of HEEC, Mr. Jiang
Jingkui, Dean of South Asia Department, Peking University, Mr.
Zhou Aijun, Division Chief, Specialty Evaluation Division of
HEEC, Ms. Li Yan, Division Chief, General Affairs Division of
HEEC, Ms. Yang Kunrong, HEIs Teaching Evaluation Division,
HEEC.
One of the main purposes of the visit was to learn the good
practices of quality assurance system in Malaysia especially
on the development of the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF)
and the Malaysian Qualifications Register (MQR).
