MALAYSIAN QUALIFICATIONS AGENCY (MQA) Circular No. 1/2010: APPLICATION FORM AND SERVICE FEE

 

MQA has issued a circular No. 1/2010 with regards to Application Form and Service Fee.

Effective from 1 April 2010, all applications for Provisional Accreditation and Accreditation are through Form A and Form B whilst applications for Replacement of Certificate is through Form J.

 

The circular also explains on the recent fee charge for both Provisional Accreditation and Accreditation applications effective 1 April 2010. Fee payments are to be made payable to “Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia”.
